Led by YZ teacher, Brigid Gannon, this experience is designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep restoration through layered sound and vibration. The acoustics of the gallery amplify each tone, creating a uniquely resonant environment that feels both grounding and expansive. Surrounded by contemporary art and intentional design, you’ll be held in a space that supports reflection, creativity, and quiet.
This event is free, but space is limited and advance registration is required.
