Join Litehouse Wellness on Saturday, Sep. 20, 2025, 8am to 8pm CST for Yogathon 2025! A day of movement, mindfulness, and community to raise awareness and funds for Mental Wellness and Community Doula Care at the iconic Lumen Room in Dallas, Texas.
Attendees are invited to enjoy a variety of Classes led by some of DFW’s best Yoga teachers and healers, each bringing their unique style and energy to the mat and cushion. Whether you’re seasoned or brand new to the practice, everyone and every body is welcome. And let's be clear, this isn’t just Yoga. It’s an opportunity to engage in cooperative economics and be a part of community centered healing.
The Cost? You tell us. Every dollar you give goes directly to supporting our Birth and Postpartum Doula Care for under resourced families and sustaining The Dock: our weekly mental health space for Black men. These introduction-to-group-therapy sessions are offered at no cost to participants, because healing should never have a price tag. But truth is, nothing is truly free.
We don’t rely on government funding—never have. We rely on community. And your support, especially now, makes it possible for us to keep showing up, holding space, and taking care of each other.
