This half day retreat/workshop will start with a Soma Yin class.Somatic movements help us get out of habitual patterns as well as chronic muscular tension that may be held in the body. Yin style postures focus on the connective tissues and is a slower more meditative Yoga practice.
Participants will then take part in a workshop on how to make their own Body Butter* - a moisturizer perfect to beat the dryness of winter.
We will then close with a deep sensory relaxation with a nourishing Ayurvedic* face mask.
Homemade Ayurvedic treats and tea will be included and participants will leave with their own 60ml jar of the body butter plus recipes.
Space is limited to 12 participants.
*Please note, body butter contains ghee and is not vegan
*Ayurveda is the holistic medical system from India
