Join us for YogArt: Inspired Conversation, a unique one-day workshop that blends yoga, art, and intentional dialogue in a curated gallery setting at Artmosphere.
Guided by LeShan Zaffuto and Valentina Leone, this immersive experience invites participants to slow down, move with awareness, and engage in meaningful conversation inspired by art and embodied presence. Through guided yoga practice and reflective discussion, we will explore creativity, connection, and self-expression in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Set among artwork and creative studios, this workshop is designed for anyone seeking a deeper connection to themselves and others. No prior yoga or art experience required.
