In this 90min class we'll combine the strength, control and precision of Pilates with a fun, fluid vinyasa style yoga before dropping into the deep stretches and longer holds of a Yin practice. Calming breathwork will be woven throughout to help you release long held tension from your body and mind.This practice is ideally suited to those who've been practicing Pilates/Yoga/Yogalates for a while and those who can easily transition from floor to standing via traditional yoga sequences.
All equipment provided but please bring a small pillow and blanket for savasana.
