About this Event
Yoga'Lates combines the principles & benefits of Yoga & Pilates. The class will develop full body strength with a key focus on the core, ending with a satisfying stretch & release. This experience will leave you feeling refreshed. energised & present.
Danielle & Lauren will guide you through Yoga'lates bringing their expertise in an accessible way.
Within the session you will be taken through 30 minutes of Pilates & then 30 minutes of Yoga. A glass of Prosecco & pastry will then be waiting for you after your session so you can relax on the mezzanine.

- Please bring your own mat
- Yoga'lates is a physical activity, which as with all physical activity does carry some risk. Whilst uncommon personal injury is possible so by taking part you agree that:
- You are fully responsible for your own safety & wellbeing
- There are no medical reasons that you should not participate. If unsure please consult a Dr before attempting exercise
- If you experience any pain please stop immediately
- The event takes place on the first floor. There are no lifts in within the venue so participants need to be able to climb one flight of stairs
- Whether you are new to Pilates/Yoga or practiced for years we welcome everyone to this event as the class can be adjusted to your current abilities
- A photographer will be onsite taking some images
