March 16th
Moving into Spring, a practice to nourish and uplift. We will be focussing on movements which safely mobilise and nourish the spine. Explore how to create a sense of cohesion and integrity in your body, strengthen your back and learn how to organise movement from a strong, clear centre.
April 27th
Exploring Spirals and Lateral Movement.
In our daily lives, so often our movement is limited, and as a result our movement potential is reduced. This workshop is a chance to explore how moving in the lateral plane as well as exploring spirals profoundly releases the spine and opens up new possibilities in movement.
June 15th
Playing with Gravity
Building Strength and Stability: Play with balance and explore your connection to the ground and gravity.
July 6th
Following the Pathway of the Bones
We will be exploring how to find the clearest pathway of force across the border of the joint spaces, and through the bones from the feet to the spine. When this is found movement is smoother and transitions easier.
For those who have 3 months yoga experience with Christine or equivalent.
