Dinamiška praktika, paruošianti kūną savaitgaliui: nugaros lenkimai, stuburo mobilumas ir saugus išlygiavimas.

Lankstumo gilinimas per aktyvias, pasyvias ir izometrines technikas.

Asimetriniai nugaros lenkimai, pečių jėga ir kūrybiški perėjimai (Dancer, King Pigeon ir kt.).

Yoga Workshop The Art of Flex‑Ability – Lithuania Weekend with Rebecca Hannah
Take your yoga practice further in a safe, structured, and playful way. This weekend is for anyone who wants to deepen flexibility, refine backbends, build strength, and better understand their body. Whether you’re a teacher or a dedicated practitioner, you’ll leave with tools to enhance your practice, move with confidence, and explore your body in new ways.
This is Rebecca Hannah’s first weekend in Lithuania, bringing her Art of Flex‑Ability methodology — a unique blend of technique, strength, alignment, and playful exploration — straight to you.
🌿 Friday 25th September
18:00-18:30 Opening and introducing the workshop
18:30–20:00 – Evening Masterclass
Creative Vinyasa – Wheel & Camel Focus
Ease into the weekend with a 90-minute session designed to prime your body for deeper practice. Explore camel, wheel, and drop-back shapes with focus on spinal mechanics, muscular engagement, and safe alignment. Walk away feeling more connected to your movements and confident heading into Saturday’s workshops.
🌿 Saturday 26th September
10:00–13:00 | Front Splits Workshop
Develop strength and active flexibility in your front splits. Work with your hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors, quadriceps, and inner thighs using active, passive, dynamic, and isometric techniques. Learn sequences that are expressive, sustainable, and tailored to your body’s needs. Props and partner guidance allow you to explore safely while discovering new ways to deepen your flexibility.

14:00–17:00 | Flip Your Grip – Asymmetric Backbends
Focus on shoulder and upper-body strength and alignment in flipped-grip and asymmetric backbend variations such as Lunge, Dancer, and King Pigeon. Gentle warm-ups and targeted activation drills prepare your shoulders, spine, and hips. Guided refinements and prop-assisted variations allow you to practice with precision and confidence, while exploring creative transitions that feel controlled, expressive, and playful.

🌿 Sunday 27th September
10:00–13:00 | Pincha & Hollowback – Strength, Control & Inversion
Build technical strength and awareness for forearm balances and hollowback shapes. Strengthen shoulders, core, and upper back while exploring controlled entries, alignment strategies, and supportive regressions. Learn to integrate these skills safely into your yoga practice while developing confidence, control, and awareness.

14:00–17:00 | Flying Cobra & Bow Variations
Develop back and core strength to support deeper backbends. Explore Flying Cobra, Cobra, Bow, and Donut variations with focus on spinal mechanics, muscular activation, and safe progression. Integrate techniques learned across the weekend into sequences that build stability, awareness, and confidence — leaving you with the tools to move stronger, smarter, and more freely in your yoga practice.

This weekend offers 15 Continuing Education hours
