💫 Modifications for everything, freedom to add and adapt (I mean this LOUDLY; no need to "be good at yoga" (which by the way, isn't a thing anyway!))
💫 Optional funky poses (arm balances, inversions)

This is playful, dynamic, and sweaty.
It's functional over form - no pose police, just safe options, encouraging modifications, finding fun in accessible ways.
