We yearn to sit comfortably on the floor with ankles crossed, but are knees are high and our hips are screaming! ☹ Working on hamstrings and glute muscles are key to freeing up the hips. This workshop will focus on flexibility exercises to release tightness, and static postures to build strength, included are a range of modifications to help you work towards those hard-to-reach areas. Overall, improving our hip mobility, and developing a body that is flexible and strong! The workshop costs £35 including guided pranayama and an extended relaxation 😊
