Are you up for a new challenge?! This workshop is a fun and empowering event designed specifically for ages 13 - 17! It's perfect for those who are totally new to yoga, as well as those who already have some experience 🤗
Our focus is on STRENGTH, and we will:
💪 learn how to build full body strength through a series of yoga poses and flows (and fun games and challenges!) AND learn gentler poses to stretch and relax as well
💭 discover breathing techniques and mindfulness practices to calm the mind and manage stress, anxiety, and troubles sleeping
💙 and be a part of a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore emotions and build a sense of compassion and acceptance (both for ourselves, and others!)
Yoga offers skills that are useful to all ages, both on and off that mat AND is a fun way to care for our physical and mental health!
