The workshop blends meditation, breathwork, gentle Hatha/Vinyasa flow, and deeply restorative Yin yoga, supporting you in releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting with a sense of presence and ease. The practice will move at an accessible pace, with options offered throughout, making it suitable for all levels, including beginners.

There will be time to pause and reflect, with tea breaks woven into the session to encourage rest, connection, and gentle intention-setting. This is a space to nourish yourself, realign, and begin the year feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
