Yoga with Tiffany is a welcoming, all-levels yoga class designed for individuals aged 16 and above. This 8-week session focuses on building strength, flexibility, and relaxation through guided movement and mindful breathing. Whether you’re new to yoga or continuing your practice, you’ll feel supported in a calm, inclusive environment.
A few important notes:
-Classes meet on Mondays from 7:30–8:30 PM, beginning February 9th.
- Classes are held at the Holly Ridge Community Center ( 404 Sound Rd)
HOLLY RIDGE RESIDENTS- $30/ 8-week session or $5/ per class.
NON-RESIDENTS- $38/8-week session or $6/ per class.
