As a qualified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and complementary therapist, Tamsin blends movement, breath, and energy awareness to create sessions that are both transformative and grounding. Her approach is gentle and inclusive, offering adaptations and guidance so that everyone can feel comfortable, supported, and connected throughout the practice.
