This program is best for adults of any skill level. It is suggested that you bring your own yoga mat for this free class, but a limited number are available for checkout at the front desk. All sessions are held in Argenta Library's calm and cool Gallery, located on the 1st floor to the right of the main entrance.
All classes are led by Ruby Patchouli, Central AR's vibrant restorative yoga instructor.
