This gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class is perfect for all levels, offering slow, accessible stretches and breathwork to help you feel refreshed and restored. Whether you’re new to yoga, recovering from injury, or simply looking for a peaceful way to ease into the weekend, this class welcomes you.
Check-in begins at 9:15am in the Sunset Pavilion, please have your confirmation email ready. We will start promptly at 9:30am!
After class, stay and soak in the beautiful vineyard views while enjoying your first glass of wine on us. Take this time to pause with gratitude, good company, and deep relaxation. No experience needed—just bring your mat, a blanket, and an open heart.
