Come beat the February mid-winter blues, connect with others, laugh, smile, stretch your mind and your muscles, enjoy and sense your wholeness in a totally new way.✨
Join us for an experience of the five koshas with hatha yoga and live music. What are the koshas, you might ask? You could google it, or you could come experience them on the mat with us. ✨
This will be the last one for a while, as Evan is taking a break from performing in 2025. If you haven’t made it to one of our events yet, we hope you will join us for this magical afternoon of community connection, mindful movement and original live music! ✨
