Start your mornings with intention, movement, and breath. Join instructor Jnae at Neighbors for energizing and mindful yoga sessions, offered three times a week with a unique focus each day. Whether you’re looking to build strength, flow with breath, or dive into traditional practice, there’s a class for you.
Class Schedule:
✨ Monday – Rocket Yoga
- rocket is a modification of the ashtanga yoga method. it bridges the gap between vinyasa and ashtanga, a free flowing style of yoga and a traditional style of yoga. this class is great for those interested in moving at a steady/fast pace and working up a sweat
✨ Wednesday – Vinyasa Yoga
- vinyasa aims to synchronize your breath to your movement. expect to move at a slow steady pace. learn common transitions, yoga postures, and breathing.
✨ Friday – Ashtanga Yoga
- ashtanga is a traditional method of practice that focuses on breath, bandhas (energetic locks), and drishti (focal gaze). the postures are held for five breath each which gives you time to work the breath, bandha, and drishti. this class is great for beginners to advanced practitioners.
