Crystals Enlight is thrilled to announce we will be holding a yoga class every Thursday at 4:30 PM in the healing center. Jenny Greenough Hanson will lead students through a one hour session of yoga to get energy freed and flowing in the body. The emphasis will be on connecting mindfulness, breath and movement to build awareness of self. Deep stretching and building strength will leave you rejuvenated. All levels are welcome with the encouragement to listen to your own body and modify as needed. $15 per class or $45 for the month.
