EB (Easter Bunny) has graciously agreed to join us for a Special Yoga Class for Families & Children to do Together! Enjoy healthy & fun yoga movements along with moments of peaceful calm, sharing a class designed for both to enjoy.
Moving together mindfully, Family Yoga begins with thoughtfully tuning in, followed by a fun, mindful, playful, and meditative practice that includes postures, partner poses, games, and group poses. The class concludes with relaxation and guided imagery.
For ages 3-8.
This bonding class is open to extended family members and caregivers, too
Please bring a yoga mat.
Limited to 12 families. Must Register by April 11th.
$15 for One adult & 2 children, $5 for Each Additional Family Member
5 Family minimum is required.
