Enjoy afternoon tea & explore meditation, grow an inner practice. This class includes some light yoga stretching to help settle the body and basic breathing and awareness practices to help relax the body completely.
Enjoy a 30-minute meditation, which will help you create inner peace, happiness, and a positive worldview, let go of stress and anxiety, and develop concentration and focus. Afternoon tea will be served. Attendees can enjoy a mindful cup and conversation.
A meditation or other pillow is recommended, as well as a pillow or blanket.
