Join Carmen for an energizing yoga session at Axelrad July 20th Saturday, from 11am to 12pm. This beginner-friendly class is designed to invigorate your mind and body, with a fun playlist that will leave you feeling refreshed. After the class, you can relax and enjoy a complimentary drink by the hammocks. The cost for the session is $20 and you are welcome to bring a friend.
