With a deep passion for holistic support, especially for families navigating childbirth, Neha emphasizes accessibility and self-compassion in her yoga practice. She aims to create a restorative space where everyone can find peace and kindness both on and off the mat.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, Neha's inclusive approach ensures that everyone feels welcome and supported.
