About this Event
Immerse yourself in a harmonious blend of art and wellness at Yoga with Art in our galleries, located on the second floor of our hotel. This inclusive experience welcomes yogis of all levels to participate, led by certified yoga instructors who have thoughtfully crafted each session.
Date and Time:
Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 – 6:30 pm.
- Monday: Yin Style Yoga.
A slow and controlled practice focusing on deep stretches and relaxation techniques to improve flexibility and release tension.
- Wednesday: Hatha Style Yoga
A physically demanding practice that challenges the body through a series of postures, focusing on strength, balance, and breath control.
Pricing:
- $25 for the Public - includes day pass for the Locust Street Athletic & Swim Club
- Free for Members: We value our members' commitment to wellness, so all sessions are complimentary for you!
- First Time is Free for Everyone: If you're new to our fitness events, your first session is on the house!
- $15 for Hotel Guests: Guests staying with us can join in for just $15.

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, and for your convenience, we will also provide mats on-site. Don't forget to stay refreshed with a bottle of water. Given the limited space available, we recommend arriving early to secure your spot for this transformative experience.
