The Yoga class is suited for all levels of Yoga practitioners.
Our Yoga teacher, Johanna, will guide you through a yoga class based on Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, that combines static & dynamic postures, rotations, forward and back bends for a healthy spine and digestive system.
The class is designed for all levels - no matter your shape or experience!
