🆕Not done yoga before? No problem, we take everything slowly and step by step with options, so that everyone can find their own suitable practice. I will advise on modifications with blocks straps and alternative options to help you achieve comfortable appropriate poses. Yoga is an adaptable practice; we adjust for individual needs.
If you have a mat, bring it or you can borrow one of mine.
