The Yoga Wall allows one to feel a yoga pose without the weight of their body, thus feeling what the asana should feel like. It also allows students to hold yoga poses longer with better alignment, and therefore to get more benefit out of their practice. Amanda Shipe (trained by Bryan Legere, founder of the Yoga Wall) leads this Yoga Wall Workshop to teach you how to properly and safely use the Yoga Wall open your spine all its directions.You will leave feeling amazing! This spine focused class is one of the main reasons to do Yoga Wall because of the traction and weightless twists and stretches that can only be achieved on a Yoga wall. If you have an injury, please clear it with your doctor to attend.
