Join us for a free community yoga class hosted by Maheen at ClayPots, designed to be welcoming and accessible for everyone—no experience needed. This session focuses on gentle movement, relaxation, and reconnecting with your body in a supportive environment.
We provide yoga mats for anyone who may not have one, so just come as you are. For those who prefer or need additional support, chair yoga options will also be available, making the class inclusive for all mobility levels.
