This will be a dynamic power vinyasa flow focused on breath and mindfulness. Each pop-up class will be lead with a new intention and this one will be focusing on releasing things that no longer serve us through strength. All proceeds go to supporting Yoga Village's mission.
Yoga Village is a Wilmington based non-profit that specializes in bringing evidence based, trauma sensitive and resiliency focused, mindful movement programs to populations that might not have easy access to them otherwise.
