Yoga ~ For All Member Students Ages 14yrs +
Parents of Member Students welcome to attend as well
~ Cost: $18 per person
~ Attire: Comfortable Movement Clothes such as T-shirts/Pants. You do not have to wear your USA MARTIAL ARTS uniform
~ What to bring: Water. A Yoga Mat. A yoga mat is not mandatory as we will be practicing on our dojang mat but may be beneficial for spacing and positioning.
What to expect: A class designed for all levels with gentle movement, breathe, stretching and restoration.
Depending on interest, more classes will be added for different levels, needs and themes.
We are excited to offer this opportunity to compliment your already amazing training and for parents that are looking to decompress and connect with our community.
