You will unwind, relax your body, mind, soul and nervous system through gentle poses, a guided meditation focusing on your breath and letting go, being in the moment and sound of the chimes and crystal bowls. Our time together will end with a cool lavender cloth to assist you with going deeper in the connection with Your body and inner peace.
Bring a yoga mat, water, blanket for Savasana and even a friend to enjoy the experience with!
