You are invited to join Trinity and Sara for an enriching Sananga and Hapé circle, where ancient wisdom meets modern healing in a supportive community setting.
Sananga enhances mental clarity, helping you set clear intentions and goals aligned with this disciplined energy. Spiritual insights are heightened. Sananga can enhance your vision, both literally and metaphorically, helping you gain deeper insights and clarity about your life path and goals.
Hapé, with its grounding properties, helps you connect deeply with the Earth, providing a stable foundation for your intentions and actions.
Together, these medicines provide a holistic approach to healing and integration, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects.
Sananga -
Sananga is a powerful eye medicine made from the roots and bark of the Tabernaemontana undulata shrub, traditionally used by indigenous tribes of the Amazon, particularly the Kaxinawá and Yawanawá tribes.
Traditional Uses:
Spiritual Cleansing and Protection:
Sananga is used to clear negative energies and spiritual blockages, protecting against psychic attacks and negative influences.
Enhanced Vision:
It is believed to improve night vision and sharpen overall eyesight, which is particularly useful for hunters in the Amazon.
Physical and Energetic Purification:
Sananga is applied to the eyes to purify and detoxify the physical body, as well as to cleanse the energetic field, promoting overall health and well-being.

Hapé -
Hapé (or Rapé) is a sacred shamanic snuff made from finely ground tobacco (Nicotiana rustica) and other medicinal plants, used by various indigenous tribes of the Amazon, such as the Yawanawá, Kaxinawá, and Matsés.
Traditional Uses:
Spiritual and Energetic Cleansing:
Hapé is used to cleanse and purify the mind, body, and spirit, removing negative energies and emotional blockages.
Grounding and Centreing.
It helps individuals connect deeply with the Earth, grounding their energy and bringing mental clarity and focus.
Enhancing Spiritual Connection.
Hapé is used to deepen meditation and enhance spiritual connection, opening pathways for communication with the spirit world and higher consciousness.
Healing and Insight:
Traditionally, Hapé is used in healing ceremonies to provide insights and guidance, helping individuals to align with their true selves and gain clarity on personal issues.
Both Sananga and Hapé are deeply respected in their cultural contexts and are considered powerful tools for spiritual growth, healing, and connection with nature and the spiritual realm.
Using both medicines can enhance your connection with your higher self and the Earth.. This alignment can help you navigate your life path with greater wisdom and stability.
