NO CLASS MARCH 8TH!!
All-Levels Slow Flow Yoga practice under the thatched tiki roof with views of the water and wildlife!
-Price is $15, which includes, a free cocktail or mocktail after class -30% of the proceeds benefit the Cape Coral Animal Shelter -Pre-registration is kindly required!
-If you prefer to pay in person via Cash, Zelle or Venmo (Venmo- @lg_wholistic_wellness and Zelle- [email protected]), please contact me to CONFIRM your attendance
-Bring a mat, towel and water -Arrive 10 mins before class time -Please park in the event parking lot Notify Laura of any injuries or limitations prior to class. See you under the tiki ! Come as you are!
