Join us for an enchanting evening of vinyasa flow yoga on the outdoor turf. As the sun sets, we’ll flow together through a series of rejuvenating yoga poses and seal our practice with an active breath that allows one to journey deep within as we embrace the natural beauty around us. This event is designed to unite mind, body, heart, and spirit as we honor the closing of the day and shift into the fall season. Close to the new moon energetically it’s a great time to set new intentions! After class stay and hang in the cold plunge!
To make the evening even more special, we have giveaways. Come for the yoga, stay for the community, to mingle and leave with something extra to remember the experience by.
