In this dynamic class, we will explore different ranges of motion that support proper alignment , and increase mobility with intuitive movement patterns that help you reconnect with how movement feels in your body rather than how it looks.
Each session invites you to slow down, listen inwards and gives you space to notice your body’s cues so you can move from sensation instead of expectation. You’ll be encouraged to explore what feels supportive to you in this moment, allowing your practice to shift and evolve as you do.
