DESCRIPTION:
Perfect for Meatless Monday or a healthy, fiber-rich weeknight dinner. Learn how to make this traditional Polish dish of Charred Cabbage with porcini mushroom and miso butter served over a vegetarian (Fasolka po Bretonsku) white bean stew.
NOTE:
- To reduce waste, please bring a carryout container.
- Doors to the Kitchen will close 10 minutes after the indicated start time.
- Class size is limited to 12 participants.
- Each person attending requires their own ticket.
