Yoga
Find balance, strength, and inner peace in this rejuvenating Yoga class, designed for all levels of practitioners. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a blend of mindful movement, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation to promote physical and mental well-being. You’ll be guided through a series of poses (asanas) that improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance body awareness, all while fostering relaxation and stress relief. Modifications are provided to suit individual needs, making this a welcoming environment for everyone. Join us on the mat to restore your body, calm your mind, and nourish your spirit!
Registration and Refund Policy:
Please provide an Eventbrite ticket on the first day of class as proof of enrollment. Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A class may close when enrollment falls below seven (7) students at any time during the term. There are no refunds, credits, or extensions. There is a $10 fee to switch classes.
