This special pop-up, Yoga Therapy for Shoulders, is designed to gently address common concerns like tightness, tenderness, limited mobility, and discomfort through intentional, therapeutic movement.
Guided by Juris Zinbergs, a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and E-RYT500 teacher, this session draws from the ViniYoga tradition, emphasizing precise, purposeful techniques tailored to support the individual. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and targeted exercises, you’ll begin to release accumulated tension, restore range of motion, and build strength in a safe and supported way.
This is not a typical yoga class—it’s a focused, educational experience where you’ll gain tools you can return to again and again to care for your shoulders in daily life and in your practice.
