- How to move your body safely when you have pain
- Movement and breath practices to calm the nervous system and reduce your pain
- Pain Science education to empower you with knowledge about chronic pain
- Skills to reduce fears around movement, by safely exploring your body with guidance
- Improve your mobility, strength and confidence
- Practice mindfulness and self-compassion
- Learn how to apply yoga into your daily life and influence your pain
- Build community and relationship with like-minded people
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- Recordings, videos and handouts for practice at home
- Pain Science education and resources for learning more
- Home Pain Care planning tools to follow at home
- Each session will be recorded in case you cannot attend the session live
Everyone is welcome and will be met where they are. Sessions can be attended in-studio, online, from your yoga mat, bed or in a chair. No prior movement or yoga experience required.
