A gentle practice using longer holds and specific mindfulness coaching to diffuse the energetic blocks that are at the root cause of psychological, emotional and physical health issues, leaving you feeling grounded, limber and relaxed. This class teaches interoception, mindfulness and nervous system regulations skills that can be taken into daily life for those wishing to integrate trauma and manage challenging experiences or environments.This class is for women who want:

Open to all fitness and flexibility levels. You don't need any prior yoga experience to attend. It's typically recommended not to participate within 3-6 months of hip or knee replacement. Consult your physician for advice and contact me if you'd like to discuss anything in advance.
Equipment is provided or you are welcome to bring your own.
Before class:
💜 Drink plenty of water throughout the day
💜 Avoid eating a large meal within 1-2 hours of class
💜 Wear clothing that you can comfortably and freely move and breathe in
💜 Arrive a few minutes early to get settled (no entry after 7pm)

Cash payments are also accepted and must be arranged prior. Payment must be made by bank transfer or cash arranged with Krystyn within 24 hours of start of class to secure your spot. Payment with debit or credit card also available on the website.
A waiver must be completed before attending your first ever class. A link will be emailed to you upon booking or available to complete at the beginning of class. Please arrive early if you need to complete the waiver at the studio. If you have completed the waiver before you do not need to do it again.
