About this Event
Yoga tells us that the body, mind, and heart influence one another in deep ways. Using flowing movements (vinyasa), holding postures and attitudes (asana and mudra), exercising the breath (pranayama and mantra japa), living in alignment with our core values (yama and niyama), and connecting with fellow yogis (sangha) are some of the yogic techniques for creating an experience of reliable ease and inspiration. From this stable and comfortable perch we can actualize more of our capacities in skillful ways that benefit self and other.
