Is Yoga Teacher Training Calling You? This is a pre requisite day to taking our 200hr teacher training course and the perfect way to see if our training course is right for you, to meet the course director and fellow yoga enthusiasts also looking to further their yoga journey!
The day counts towards your 200 hours and is structured like a typical training day so there will be a mixture of posture work, philosophy, breathing, meditation and group work so you can get a feel of what to expect, once you get started. You will also be provided with essential information and course material.
There is a cost of this day is just £50 and there is no pressure to continue if you don't feel its right for you.
If you do wish to continue with the Yoga Teacher Training you will need to pay for the course in full or place a deposit and setup a payment scheme, which can be discussed on the day. We will also require a reference from your current yoga teacher.
