Yogic Life (RYS – Registered Yoga Teacher School) offers a comprehensive advanced yoga teacher training. Our training is designed for anyone who wishes to deepen their knowledge of yoga and grow into a professional yoga teacher. The training is rooted in the traditional Indian yoga lineage and can be described as a Multi-Style Yoga Training (including Raja Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Naad Yoga & Ashtanga Yoga). We also integrate modern scientific insights and techniques, giving you a clear understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the human body, and how to apply this knowledge in both your yoga practice and teaching.
You will learn:
- Advanced Asana, Intelligent Sequencing
- Energetic Alignment, & Practice: 100–150 hours,
- Teaching Methodology: 25–40 hours,
- Anatomy, Physiology & Subtle Bodies: 20–40 hours,
- Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics: 30–60 hours,
- Koshas, Chakras, Gunas & the 9 Dimensions of Awareness
- Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita & Yogic Ethics
- Practicum (observation, assisting, teaching): 30–50 hours
- Internship : Coaching based on the 9 Dimensions of Awareness with feedback (from March)
- Neuroplasticity, trauma-informed teaching, modern science
- Entrepreneurial skills for building a yoga career
What makes Yogic Life unique?
Our 300-hour training combines multidimensional awareness studies with hands-on practice: coaching and real business training. We’re proud to be one of the few schools offering this full preparation — from internal mastery to external success.
Our trainings are taught in English, but we also use and practice Dutch.
Certification & Admission Requirements:
This training is officially recognized by the Yoga Alliance as a RYT300-hour program. Upon completion, you will receive an internationally recognized certificate and can register as an RYT500 (when combined with your previously earned RYT200 certificate). Admission requirement: A completed RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training.

Onze opleiding is bedoeld voor iedereen die zijn of haar kennis van yoga wil verdiepen en wil doorgroeien tot professioneel yogadocent. Certificering & Toelatingseisen
Deze opleiding is officieel erkend door de Yoga Alliance als een RYT300-uur programma. Na afronding ontvang je een internationaal erkend certificaat en kun je je registreren als RYT500 (in combinatie met je eerder behaalde RYT200-certificaat). Toelatingseis: Een afgeronde RYT200 Yoga Docentenopleiding.
