RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training€2399,00 (Payment plans available)

Sundays: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM (once a week, approx 22 Sundays);
(On the first day of the training, we will share the schedule for all Sundays. If there is a Sunday you definitely cannot attend, please let us know immediately upon registration).

Yogic Life is a (RYS – Registered Yoga Teacher School). We offer a comprehensive program for anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of yoga and become a professional yoga teacher. Our training covers not only the physical postures and breathing techniques of yoga, but also the philosophical and spiritual aspects of this ancient practice.
Our Yoga Teacher Training program is grounded in the traditional Indian yoga tradition and is Multi-Style Yoga Training oriented (incl Raja yoga, Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Kundalini yoga & Ashtanga yoga), but we also integrate modern scientific insights and techniques. This approach gives you a solid understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the human body, and how to apply this knowledge in your yoga practice and teaching.Our trainings are in English but we use and practice in Dutch as well.
You will learn:
- Asana & Methodology (100 hours)
- Anatomy, Physiology & Psychology (20 hours)
- Yoga Philosophy & Ethics (30 hours)
- Meditation & Breathwork (15 hours)
- Practicum (10 hours)
- Internship, practice of teaching in group with personal structured feedback (voluntary starting March – strongly recommended)
- Entrepreneurial module for independent yoga teachers
What makes Yogic Life unique?
We are one of the few schools in the Netherlands to offer a structured teaching internship practicum and a hands-on entrepreneurship module. These are vital in preparing you for the real world of yoga teaching — where most instructors work independently.

Yogic Life (RYS – Registered Yoga Teacher School) biedt een uitgebreide yoga docentenopleiding aan. Onze opleiding is bedoeld voor iedereen die zijn of haar kennis van yoga wil verdiepen en zich wil ontwikkelen tot een professionele yoga docent. Tijdens onze opleiding leer je niet alleen de fysieke houdingen en ademhalingstechnieken van yoga, maar ook de filosofische en spirituele aspecten van deze eeuwenoude praktijk.
Onze yoga docentenopleiding is gebaseerd op de traditionele Indiase yogatraditie, en kan omschreven worden als Multi Style Yoga Docentenpleiding (incl. Raja yoga Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Kundalini yoga & Ashtanga yoga). Wij integreren ook moderne wetenschappelijke inzichten en technieken. Hierdoor krijg je een goed begrip van de anatomie en fysiologie van het menselijk lichaam en leer je hoe je deze kennis kunt toepassen in je yoga practice en lesgeven. Onze opleidingen worden in Engels gegeven maar wij gebruiken en oefenen ook in het Nederlands.

Uniek aan Yogic Life: Wij zijn één van de weinige opleidingen in Nederland die zowel een gestructureerde groepslesstage als een praktijkgerichte ondernemersmodule aanbieden. Zo ben je niet alleen inhoudelijk goed voorbereid op het lesgeven, maar ook op de realiteit van het zelfstandig ondernemerschap — iets waar de meeste yogadocenten in terechtkomen.
