Ready to Deepen your practice & Step into Your Power as a Yoga Teacher.This 200-hour YTT is designed to equip and empower you with the knowledge, practice, and confidence to deepen your own yoga practice-and, if you choose, to share yoga with others professionally or personally.
How the Training Works
Your growth depends on your choice: to show up, practice diligently, and trust the process.
This Level 1 YTT includes:
• Beginner and intermediate poses, sequences, modifications, prop use, and progressions
• Hatha Yoga, Restorative, and gentle yoga methods/Styles
• Meditation, pranayama, and subtle body work (chakras, koshas, nadis)
• Q&A, discussions, and conscious conversation
• One-on-one mentorship with Samantha
You will be guided to create a 1-hour to 75-minute yoga class, with ample support and feedback. Our YTT offers more personalized mentorship than many programs, ensuring you graduate confident in your teaching.
We utilize all five main learning modalities to maximize potential: reading, listening, watching, writing, and practicing. Teaching is an art, and yoga is a lifelong study. You will learn how to keep students safe, offer modifications and progressions, and hold the space for presence and curiosity.
Prerequisites
• Minimum age: 18
• Good physical and mental health
• At least six months of consistent yoga practice
• Submission of completed Application with Contract+ $500 deposit
General Summary of YTT Schedule and In-Studio Times
Weekends In-Studio: Saturdays (plus additional yoga class attendance)
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Weekly Zoom Live Session: 1 session (TBA)
• Weekly Homework Assignments
• Additional Practice: Attend at least 3 yoga classes weekly
Orientation: Saturday, March 7th at 9:00 AM -2 PM
Projected In-Studio Dates:
• March 2026: 3/7, 3/14, 3/28
• April 2026: 4/4, 4/11, 4/18, 4/25
• May 2026: 5/2, 5/16, 5/23, 5/30
