Breathe in the fresh energy of spring and step into a space designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Yoga, Tea, and Chill is more than just a yoga class—it’s a monthly gathering where movement meets mindfulness, and community meets connection.
🌿 What to Expect:
- We’ll start with a warm welcome and introductions, creating an inclusive, supportive atmosphere.
- A guided meditation will help you center yourself and prepare for an uplifting practice.
- Flow through an energizing Vinyasa sequence designed to awaken your body, build heat, and encourage intuitive movement.
- As we wind down, you’ll settle into deep relaxation with the calming sounds of Himalayan singing bowls and the ocean drum.
- After class, sip on a soothing cup of herbal tea, enjoy fresh fruit and light snacks, and take time to reflect, connect, or simply be.
This class is open to all levels/genders.
