Yoga, Tea, & Chill: Beginner Friendly Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation

Step into the New Year feeling grounded, present, and at peace. This beginner-friendly yoga class invites you to slow down, tune in, and move intentionally. Through a calming blend of Hatha-Vinyasa flow, somatic movement, and mindfulness practices, you’ll release stagnant energy and reconnect with your body.
We'll begin by setting your personal intentions for the session, followed by a yoga flow designed to balance stillness and freedom of movement. With breathwork and meditation woven into the practice, you’ll create a deeper connection between mind and body. During Savasana, the Ocean Drum’s soothing sounds will transport you to a tranquil mental space.
Afterward, unwind with a warm cup of herbal tea, thoughtfully crafted with a special blend of herbs and spices chosen to relax your mind, calm your spirit, and ground your energy. Enjoy light bites in a welcoming space as you connect with like-minded souls and share in the collective energy of renewal.
