Yoga + Tantric breathing + Sound healing +Reiki + Picnic

Come and join us for a last magical afternoon in Central Park this summer!

Location: On the west side of Sheep Meadow - Central Park/ Near to the restaurant Tavern on the green (Central park west and 67st)

For two hours we are going to take a deep journey into the self

- We will start with a flowing sequence of specific asanas coordinated with the movements of our breath in order to release physical and mental blockages

- We hold a tantric breathing/meditation session to further tap into the here and now

- We begin Reiki and live Sound Bath

- Once the "Journey into the self" session finishes, we will share clean, healthy, high protein snacks from Promix and pure Colombian chocolate from Itoco chocolate.

- The weather is GREAT, we always hold our sessions under a large shade tree.

Please bring with your:

- Yoga mat

- Eye mask

- Water

About Tantric meditation: In this meditation, we use breath, concentration, visualization of energy movement and meditation in order to connect with your internal energy and circulate it through your energetic centers (chakras).

About Sound bath: A meditative and healing experience powered by sound waves with crystal bowls

About Reiki: Reiki is called by some practitioners as "a massage for our soul and aura". This is a type of energy/vibrational healing that induces a state of ease and harmony in the body.
