Tijdens deze ochtenden creëren we samen een ruimte om te vertragen en opnieuw in het lichaam te zakken. De lessen combineren vinyasa asanas, meditatie en ademhalingsoefeningen, met aandacht voor rust, aanwezigheid en lichaamsbewustzijn.
Amber Bosteels is hedendaagse en Indiase danseres, met een langdurige praktijk rond beweging en een sterke verbondenheid met India. Recent verdiepte ze zich verder in yoga tijdens een 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India.
Deze reeks is open voor iedereen die nood heeft aan een moment voor zichzelf, om te ademen, te bewegen en te landen.

During these mornings, we create a space together to slow down and reconnect with the body. The sessions combine vinyasa asanas, meditation, and breathing exercises, with a focus on rest, presence, and body awareness.
Amber Bosteels is a contemporary and Indian dancer, with a long-standing practice in movement and a strong connection to India. She recently deepened her yoga practice during a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India.
This series is open to anyone who feels the need for a moment to themselves—to breathe, move, and arrive.
