Join us for this magical evening of mind, body, spirit. Suitable for all levels.

What to Expect:

☾ Streching and breathing into the body with gentle yoga.

☾ High Frequency Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Chimes, Gongs, and other healing instruments to surround you with the healing frequencies of sound and vibration.

☾ Authentic Humans

☾ A Guided Meditation.

☾ Deep rest and Nervous system Reset in peaceful safe place.

☾ All are welcome- no expereince needed

☾ Wear workout clothes that are comfortable for you to move in.

☾ Bring your own yoga mat, pillow, pen and two cozy blankets. Bring anything that will support you to be as comfortable as possible! (some extras provided)
